After arriving in Auckland, transfer to your central Auckland hotel with harbour views. The afternoon may be spent crewing or observing the action on an America’s Cup yacht, cruising around the Hauraki Gulf and its islands, shopping, visiting galleries or taking a tour of this maritime city built on around volcanic cones. Dinner will be at one of Auckland’s acclaimed Pacific Rim restaurants.

Gulf Harbour Country Club
Tee off this morning at Gulf Harbour, a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., who describes the course as having “spectacular finishing holes, ocean views, rolling terrain and classic, traditional values.” It is set high above the Hauraki Gulf, the scene for the last two America’s Cup sailing regattas.

For partners, a day of exploring, sightseeing or shopping in central Auckland ~ with some hints from Inzone Travel! Also included for partners is an afternoon manicure or pedicure accompanied by a glass of champagne at the waterside Spa de Serville on the docks in downtown Auckland.

Carrington Club in the Far North
After your arrival in the Far North by private jet charter enjoy an early lunch in the Carrington Club winery. For those of you who are keen to try deep sea game or sport fishing now is your chance. Otherwise join the rest of the group for a tour of 90 Mile Beach where you may choose to take a sand buggy ride on the dunes.

A round of golf at Carrington
Golf this morning is on this tournament quality Matt Dye designed course in a stunning oceanside setting.

Partners can enjoy local deserted white sandy beaches, tennis, mountain bikes, beauty treatments and canoeing. Wine tasting in the estate winery can be arranged.

Today we play Kauri Cliffs
Kauri Cliffs is an exciting course with breathtaking ocean views. This par 72 course was designed by David Harman. “The natural landscape is just astounding. It’s probably the best maintained golf course in the country. I’m very proud of it”, says David Harman.

Partners can spend the day wandering around the Bay of Islands, birthplace of our nation. Kerikeri overflows with orchards, artisan food outlets and galleries. There is also the option of going dolphin watching amongst the islands. We can charter a boat and head out to an island for a picnic. Alternatively, spend the day at Kauri Cliffs Lodge enjoying spa treatments, a picnic on the beach or lunch in the lodge.

This afternoon we reboard our charter aircraft for a one hour flight to Lake Taupo. Tonight you can wander next door to the Taupo Hot Springs and Spa for a hot soak or massage after a meal in your hotel. Choose between a geyserland or lake view room.

Wairakei International Golf Course
Wairakei is rated by US Golf Digest magazine as being in the top 20 courses outside the USA. “A tournament venue of true international standing” said Peter Thomson, the original designer and five times British Open winner.
After play you may wish to try trout fishing on the lake or in one of the nearby rivers.

Partners will spend a truly memorable day with a local Maori guide for adventures in his four wheel drive vehicle. Soak in a hot stream, bush walk, and view thermal activity and geysers.

The legendary Cape Kidnappers
Today your charter plane will transfer you to Hawke’s Bay Wine Country for the day. Play the awesome Cape Kidnappers course. Lunch will follow on the lakeside terrace of a fabulous restaurant in a winery looking up to dramatic Te Mata Peak.

Partners will be guided around some of the regions 30 wineries and join the golfers for a late lunch.

Queenstown means adventure
Spend a couple of hours visiting Rotorua to watch the geysers and then fly to Queenstown, the adventure capital of New Zealand.

This morning we will fly to remote Milford Sound, land on a glacier, cruise on the Sound and fly over this wondrous world of sheer cliffs, waterfalls, wildlife and unspoilt National Park. This afternoon explore Queenstown and ride the gondola high above Lake Whakitipu. Dinner this evening is at Saffron Restaurant in historic Arrowtown.

Enter Middle Earth then play Golf at Kelvin Heights
You saw the movie, now explore the set. Peter Jackson selected the Dart Valley area for three key locations for the movie. Travel past Paradise and Glenorchy and take a short walk and then a jet boat excursion into the awe inspiring world of the Lord of the Rings.

Play Kelvin Heights Golf Course, skirted by Lake Whakatipu with the towering Remarkables Mountains behind.
